LaTeX commands: port GtkActionEntry's to AmtkActionInfoEntry's

This was done by calling a script with GSubprocess inside
amtk_utils_bind_g_action_to_gtk_action(), to replace the GtkAction name
by the GAction detailed name.

Plus some Vim edits.
