signing: add u-boot Flat Image Tree image signing
Add support for signing u-boot Flat Image Tree (FIT) images. Trigger this
signing from the .fit extension. Note that mkimage (the signing tool)
takes a key directory so it is necessary to place the keys for this
signing form into their own directory in the singing configuration.
