Modified the downloading part to try multiple mp4 formats to download, and if really impossible relies on youtube-dl (http://rg3.github.io/youtube-dl) by Ricardo Garcia Gonzalez to download a rtmp version
Added a higher-resolution version of the program icon, mainly for gnome3 users who cannot stand the pixelated version on their shell :)
