- Port to Python 3.  Now support Python 3.3, 3.2, 2.7, and 2.6.
- Eliminate the use of zc.buildout.  Now we use simpler Python tools.
- Use distribute_setup.py instead of ez_setup.py.
- Remove the extra `src` directory level.
