Changed xWantsFocusNow to xWantsFocus, except for widgetWantsFocusNow.

A mass update that should leave the effect of all code strictly unchanged.

Also added c.initialFocusHelper.  As a result, treeWantsFocus is called directly less often.

All unit tests pass.

The next step will be to have all xWantsFocusNow call c.outerUpdate().
