BrowserID: switch to HttpLib2 for sending the assertion to browserid.org

This is the first step towards resolving bug #864464. All that's left to
do, once we have a recent enough version of the python-httplib2 package
will be to pass in that extra "cacerts" parameter to the Http()
constructor.
