Merging forgotten rtl.css and bullet-point.rtl.png.
In index.html, changed "if ( options['locale'] != null )" to "if ( options.indexOf('locale') > -1 )", which is consistent and thus less confusing.
Fixed misaligned icon in rtl.css by adding right:auto to the .icon rule.
