fix direct url references

Fixes direct reference like:

http://localhost:8080/components/kernel/linaro-edk2/latest/x.txt

and thus also wildcards on latest:

http://localhost:8080/components/kernel/linaro-edk2/latest/startup-qemu-*.nsh
