diagkp: solved alloc-realloc-dealloc name mismatch (Snew)

delrhokp: there was a bug in the A,B coefficients which are local in each node for this paralelization. Solved Globalizing and sum for all the k-points-distributed-node.

Makefile: added dependece for globalsum in delrhokp
