linaro-power-qa project had a "backlog" milestone in 2099; this caused s.l.o to
try to generate a ~87 years long burndown chart. Add some sanity check to
avoid this occurring again (and loading the status.linaro.org host for a week+
with high CPU and RAM usage!).
