Add support for EfikaMX smarttops.
- rename mx51evk-related logic to share it across mx5-based boards
- EfikamxConfig and Mx51evkConfig just set uboot_name (NB: uboot_flavor has a
special omap-only meaning and hence wasn't suitable)
