d-i scraping: fix isssue recognizing xenial hwe kernels
xenial kernel paths (/xenial-netboot/ubuntu-installer/amd64/linux)
were being filtered out because they contained 'xen' in them.
The fix here makes the check for xen or other 'flavor' kernel and
initramfs to require a '/' in them.
An example path that was supposed to be ignored is:
netboot-xen/netboot/xen/vmlinuz
