HUGE refactoring: recursion turned into iteration, abstract base class to handle trying fetchers in background, found lots of bugs, fixed them, probably introduced other bugs, still wondering why everything works if AsyncTask cannot be extended twice, RecursionHelper (which should now be called IterationHelper) moved to its file, more stuff moved into RecursionHelper
Also, better human readable name for absurd route IDs
