Update watch file to use git mode

Using the GitHub API causes many problems, bad uversion number and hence bad
orig tarball name, Bad root directory name in tarball etc..

So the solution is to use mode=git. This provides a correctly named and
symlinked orig tarball and a correct root directory name in the tarball.
