[r=gmb][bug=][author=rvb] Backport 3390: Set Node.pxe_mac and MACAddress.cluster_interface to be ON DELETE SET NULL rather than Django's default CASCADE. The previous behaviour led to nodes being deleted after the managed cluster interface on which they'd PXE booted was deleted (bug 1396308).
