[r=julian-edwards][bug=1334963][author=gmb] Change NodeGroupInterface.clean_ip_ranges() to make it orders of magnitude more efficient. Previously, a large IPv6 network would slow things down massively. Now, network size shouldn't effect the speed of this method.
