[r=andreserl][bug=1616417][author=mpontillo] Fix IP address summary to properly include BMC or DNS information.

 * Enhances 'subnet ip-addresses' API/CLI command to return DNS data
   and/or BMC data in the summary data.
 * Display "BMC" or "DNS" in the UI instead of "Unknown" if an IP
   address on the subnet details page is associated with either.
 * Add prefetch for gathering IP address summary data.
