1. Enforced sequential build of CutTools in our compilation steered by MG5aMC.
Nowadays almost all version of make support the '-j' options and an increasing
number of environment are now automatically turning on parallel build, so this must
be done.
Ideally one would either fix CutTools target dependencies to support paralell build
or enforce sequential build directly in its makefile, but unfortunately none of these
two options are easy to implement.
