Fixed an issue in the combination of the TopDrawer plots for f(N)LO
runs. For high-precision runs, for which the jobs were splitted, the
combination script also included the results from the previous
integration step. This resulted into completely wrong
distributions. Plots in the HwU format (=default) or root format were
not affected.
