A. decay.py

1. Changed the order of the "<scales" line to appear at the end of the "<event" record after the scale/pdf re-weight. This allows for event splitting in the shower and parallel runs.

2. Changed the print output in order to write in the lhe file all the outgoing particles up to the i+1. This way the "pt_clust" of the extra jet always appears in the lhe file. 

It is checked at both LO and NLO merging that PYTHIA8 is now printing the correct scale for the Weak jet and the shower works.
