Add errors testing related to gamma line peaks (error 'not a line' and erro 'too close'). Add also codes related to these error. Redesign GammaLineSpectrum class: now is a container for Peak instances. Add Peak class to handle computations and properties of gamma line peaks. Update the various functions that handle this stuff. Add the computation of likelihood and p-value for Fermi-LAT 2015 experiment. Update the screen, textual and scan output accordingly.
