[FIX] Send magic 'use_config' value to Magento for available_sort_by
and default_sort_by as intercepted in category API. Due to API
inconsistency in Magento, needs a patch for the update API. See
http://www.magentocommerce.com/bug-tracking/issue/?issue=15011
[FIX] Use 'resource' object in mapping lines, not the undefined 'record'
[FIX] Do not try to access page_layout when False
