Get the Treeview up and working and fetching the values

* Get the Tabs working
* Get the TreeView working with all the Columns
* Fetch the values using zeitgeit-sharp (needs zeitgeist-sharp 0.8.0 for zeitgeist 0.8)
* Populate the values in the TreeView
