Move the resources into the package.

Doing so the development will gain a boost because every time is
required to run the program it is not necessary to perform a brand new
installation (with root privileges). This is even more desiderable when
there are more than one development branch.

But there is a b-side: resources inside glade file will not work. In a
future the mastodontic glade file will be splitted in small pieces and
the resources will be loaded inside the code.
