Tests: let signond be activated by D-Bus
Instead of directly running signond, let the D-Bus server activate it.
This requires a newer version of dbus-test-runner; for the case where
dbus-test-runner is not available, we now use dbus-launch, so we avoid
messing with any signond instance running in the user session.
