add project description, add markdown-deux (still needs extra css and must be used in more than one place), add breadcrumbs, start styling forms for project update and proposal, start with multi-file uploads for project updates (may switch back to single file for simplicity), add default images for project banner and logo, add all corresponding migrations (not collapsed), make importance values user friendly
