pretty printer for Alter_inplace_info::HA_ALTER_FLAGS

That required extending PrettyPrinter to accept an argument, type name.

Pretty printing of Alter_inlace_info::HA_ALTER_FLAGS is very naive,
hard-coded list of values. As this list changes from time to time,
a better solution would be to extract values directly from the
definition of the Alter_inplace_info class.
