Merged launchpad-integration.

A new 'launchpad-login' command creates OAuth credentials.  When
credentials are available the 'generate-html' command pulls bug data
from Launchpad to create an HTML kanban board.  Tiles on the board
include links to branches now.  The KanbanBoard class has been renamed
to Iteration and it along with the Bug class have been combined in a
new kanban.model module.  Finally, logic to determine what state a bug
is in has been moved to the Bug class.
