Merged test-suite.

A test suite with coverage for the kanban.model module is now in
place.  Problems in the methods that determine which category a Bug is
in have been fixed.  Bug.description has been renamed to Bug.title,
and Bug.priority has been renamed to Bug.importance, to match the
names used by Launchpad.  Finally, constants representing the various
states that bug status and importance and merge proposal status can be
in are defined and used throughout the code.
