[MERGE] new documentation tree:
- openobject-server has its own doc/ directory
- a few files in doc/api are present but not included in the TOC.
They are present to serve as example but are not yet in the TOC
because they are not yet ready for public consumption.
Normaly files in doc/ are created/modified and merged in trunk
only when they are `done`.
