1) fix an issue in matching/merging for h+2j in heft
2) fix another issue (independent) in matchin/merging for aajjj (in heft)
in both case this is linked to how/when tagging some quark as not qcd jet (or as qcd jet)
3) improve error message when inconsistent cut are face due to the grouping
