1. Fixed an issue so that the function max_npoint_for_channel works 
   when group_subprocesses is set to true as well.
2. Fixed parallelization of madloop initialization
3. Added a nice printout of the details of the error when it occurs in
   multiple_try of misc.cluster.py
4. Fixed a bug in madevent for decay processes where the number of 
   dimensions of the integral was incorrectly set (!). This turns to be
   harmless for LO+MadEvent because grids are never reused. This is not
   the case for LoopInduced+MadEvent where the fix is necessary for being
   able to deal with h > g g g for example.
