* in turn we drop the patch we previously used to keep mozilla-nspr.pc
  and mozilla-nss.pc in a usable state when using system nss/nspr
  - delete debian/patches/bzXXX_pc_honour_system_nspr_nss.patch
  - update debian/patches/series
