- JL: Fixed bug in UpdateMasterIndex.bash - necessary to souce $HOME/.epicsENV at 
start of script due to the fact that it is run as a cron job (and so does not automatically 
inherit the user's full environment)

- JL: Added AutomationNotes.txt, which describes the 'system' settings that are 
required in order to automate running of the various archive engines, web server and 
MasterIndex update script
