scripts: Use ${CT_TARGET}-strip to strip gdbserver (backport)
Backport r3063:f36c207348ef. Rollback the previous fix and backport the fix
from upstream. ${CT_TARGET}-strip should be on $PATH for both cross and
canadian builds.
