Fixed a bug where clicking the ruler would not
seek correctly (if the video was playing)

Fixed a refresh issue with the vpanel on the mainGTK
form. The video would disappear if it was paused and
this widget was resized.

move_play_head() has been optimized a bit, and is now
only called when needed (i.e. the play head is in a new
position)
