Set environment variables needed for git to work properly
"git clone" didn't work properly from the mojo snap, at least when
cloning from Launchpad over HTTPS; it always claimed to have cloned an
empty repository. This turns out to be because the git binary embedded
in the snap is built to find its auxiliary files under /usr, and we need
to set a couple of environment variables to tell it to look under
$SNAP/usr instead.
