Import of pigment-python scene graph and widgets into the pigment plugin.

Only new files: no previously existing files were modified.

The ultimate goal is to move the development of the widgets in Elisa in order to:
  1. make the procedure of trying Elisa easier by relying on Pigment trunk only
  2. make sure that the same quality process is applied
  3. be more flexible in their development through the use of bzr

In order to achieve that goal a second merge request will be needed.
It will contain adaptation of the existing UI plugins to make use of these widgets (weather, amazon tutorial, shelf).

Apart from obvious import adaptations the bundle contains the new list widgets which take a list of data and a renderer instead of widgets.

Be aware that it is a work in progress: not all tests are present, documentation is far from being perfect.
