  - removed all Depends
  - added ${xpi:Depends} to recommends
  - added ${misc:Depends} to depends
  - Bumped Standards-Version to latest version 3.8.3
  - removed zip from build depends: not needed, no rule for zip in debian/rules
  - updated Maintainer field to use Ubuntu Developers <ubuntu-devel-discuss@lists.ubuntu.com>
* debian/rules:
  - removed MOZ_EXTENSION_PKG since it is already the first binary
  - removed MOZ_XPI_EMID: ${xpi:Depends} handles it
  - removed all build rules so it only producing 1 .xpi, fixes FTBFS
* install.rdf: Bumped Firefox max version to 3.5.*
