* Only run files through the preprocessor if they really depends on its
  features, as it removes any lines with a '#' (breaking maintainer scripts).
  This means we have 2 passes for auto-generating files, like we have in
  Firefox (one with sed and one with Preprocessor.py). Really, this
  should just work though
  - rename debian/xulrunner.links.in => debian/xulrunner.links.pp
  - rename debian/xulrunner-dev.install.in =>
     debian/xulrunner-dev.install.pp
  - rename debian/xulrunner-dev.links.in => debian/xulrunner-dev-links.pp
  - rename debian/mozconfig.in => debian/mozconfig.pp
  - update debian/rules
