Merging from trunk
- Renamed analysergain.* to analysergainvamp.* + class definition
  (This was necessary because analysergain.h and analyserrg.h have had 
  same class definion, however, these definitions have been diverted due to
  bug fixes. To make Mixxx compile renaming was necessary.)
