Initial support for translation. The pot file is generated with the script.
(Warning : I only marked 4 strings as translatable currently)

I copied all from PyRoom. We have to translate stuffs in .po (which should be
    done in launchpad) then

The .mo should be generated by the install.py, if I correctly took the stuffs
from pyroom.
