remove utils/piston-helpers/piston_get_reviews_helper.py - it only existed because of try_get_reviews() that was using a fallback to the previous distroseries if no reviews for the current distroseries are found. but that is handled (better) nowdays via the "relaxed" review handling in the UI so there is no need to keep the special helper and we can use the piston-generic-helper instead
