 - Bumped version to 5.2.7
 - FIND_PACKAGE(Threads) is needed to set CMAKE_THREAD_LIBS_INIT
 - Added a variable CONNECTOR_NODASH_VERSION to be used in the RPM
   spec the version number in RPMs doesn't allow dashes like in
   "-alpha"
 - Added a variable CURRENT_YEAR to be used in the RPM spec
 - Process "myodbc3.spec.sh" from CMake, and put the resulting
   spec file in the top directory of the source tree

 - Aligned the spec file with other MySQL products

README
 - Changed text to only mention MySQL Connector/ODBC 5 binaries,
   and also that there is an ANSI and Unicode driver
