Allow the Strigi submodules to be installed in custom prefixes.
The code was assuming that every Strigi submodule were installed in the same prefix as libstreams. This is now fixed.
a STRIGI_INCLUDE_DIRS variable is created and contains the include paths for libstreams, libstreamanalyzer and strigiclient if available.
