fix backend dir suffix getting passed around

the var inside phonon has no prefix but since it is being put in the
cmake config it gets a prefix which then resulted in bady copy-paste where
both sides of the set() call ended up with a prefix.

this needs backends being rebuilt to pick up the change after which
backends should again be loaded properly
