* Switch from Libglade to GtkBuilder
* Allows us to drop Gtk2::GladeXML (libgtk2-gladexml-perl) dependency
* Object names are now unique within the project, not just inside toplevels
* Start transitioning to using &error instead of die (still needs some work to make sure it fails gracefully)
