[hopem,r=billy-olsen] Don't execute virsh as root.

Remove sudo invocations on the local machine when invoking
virsh commands. There is no reason that the local user needs
to execute with elevated privileges, especially considering
the only requirement should be that the user has access to
the libvirt group (or remote key access granting them said
permission).
