This commit implements the following,
- Converts Alarm Page analogue format to 12-hour similar to the clock tab
- Adds a new button "AM/PM" to allow for switching between them while setting an alarm
- Removes unnecessary contentY animation of flickables in the alarm and timer page
- Fixes alarm error message not been shown while updating an alarm
- Raises the hour hand above the minute hand in the clockBase template to make it easier to change hours.
