Improve language regarding pre-install add-in scripts

The charm can execute pre-install scripts provided by user as a means
of customizing the base image prior to charm installation.  Pre-install
script output is demarcated in the logs to aid in support and to provide
a visual indication which separates the output for each 3rd party script
from the usual charm install output and from each other.
